Samsung launches 7 models of two portable storage devices, starting price Rs 9,999


Samsung has launched three new storage devices Portable SSD T7 and 870 QVO SSD in India. The SSD T7 is an external device, while the Samsung 870 QVO SSD is the world’s largest SSD device with up to 8TB of storage. The company is offering a three-year warranty on the purchase of both devices.

77013238Samsung Portable SSD T7 will come in three storage options 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB. The 500GB storage variant of SSD T7 is priced at Rs 9,999. At the same time, the price of the 1TB storage variant is Rs 17,999, while the 2TB storage variant will be available for sale for Rs 29,999. The SSD T7 portable device will be available for sale in three color options Metallic Red, Indigo Blue, and Tyler Gray. Apart from this, Samsung 870 QVO SSD Divas will be available in four storage options 1TB, 2TB, 4TB, and 8TB. Its 1TB storage option will be priced at Rs 9,999, 2TB storage will be priced at Rs 19,999. The 4TB storage option will be priced at Rs 39,999, while the 8TB storage option has been made available for Rs 74,999. Samsung’s portable SSD T7 device will already be available for sale on all offline and online channels, while the 870 QOV SSD device will begin on July 20.

Samsung’s portable SSD T7 device will be equipped with USB 3.2 Generation 2, which can store up to 2GB of data. Portable SSD T7 devices will have a maximum read and write speed of 1,050MB / s and 1,000 MB / s. It will be powered by the PCIe NVMe interface and has been claimed to be twice as fast as its older storage device.
