Xiaomi MI Mix Alpha 5G concept phone has been officially introduced. Xiaomi has told in an event in China that what can be done with the smartphone’s screen. Unlike the folding screen concept of Samsung and Huwaei, Xiaomi has introduced the concept of a flexible screen. Mi Mix Alpha has a flexible screen, in which users will get a surround display experience. This means that the top, bottom, and side of the phone has negligible pixels.

According to Xiaomi, the display of Mi Mix Alpha covers almost the entire body of the phone. The company says that through the phone’s sensor AI, it is found out on which side of the phone you are looking and the content appears there. Side buttons are also not provided in the phone. Xiaomi said in a statement – The new display technology has replaced the earpiece receivers and proximity sensors that are still running. Apart from this big highlight, the Mi Mix Alpha is the company’s first smartphone, which comes with 108MP Samsung camera sensor.

Mi Mix Alpha Price and Availability

Xiaomi says that Mi Mix Alpha is a concept device and its large number of production is not going to start recently. The company will bring a limited batch of this phone by the end of December. Its price is CNY 19,999 i.e. around Rs 2,00,000. This phone will be displayed in many stores of the company so that the consumer can see it and experience it.

Mi Mix Alpha specifications

Dual SIM Mi Mix Alpha works on the company’s MIUI Alpha operating system. It has a 7.92 inch flexible OLED screen. For performance, the phone has 12GB RAM with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC. For power backup, the handset has 40W fast charging support with 4050mAh battery. Talking about imaging, it has a triple rear camera setup. It has a 20MP wide-angle camera with 108MP Samsung HMX sensor and a 12MP camera for portraits. With this, features of 512GB storage, fingerprint sensor, 5G support, etc. will be available on the phone.
