South Korean technology Giant company Samsung has launched its Galaxy A9 (2018) smartphone, not with three but four rear cameras. Obviously, the biggest feature of this smartphone with four cameras is that there is a quad rear camera setup. This is probably the first mainstream smartphone in the industry, which has four rear cameras.
Galaxy A9 (2018) has an initial price of 599 euros (about ₹51,300). Its sales will start in November 2018. The prices of this smartphone in India have not yet been announced. This smartphone will be available in Bubblegum Pink, Caviar Black, and Lemonade Blue Color Variants.
This smartphone has a 6.3-inch Full HD Plus Infinity display. Aspect ratio is 18.5:9 and comes with the AMOLED technology in the display department. Galaxy A9 (2018) has Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and has 8GB of RAM. There is also another variant which has 6GB RAM. The internal memory of this smartphone is 128GB which can be increased up to 512GB via micro SD card.
This smartphone has a quad rear camera setup for photography. The primary camera is 24 megapixels of a shooter, which has an aperture of f/1.7, the second camera is 10 megapixels of a shooter, which is a telephoto lens and has a 2X optical zoom. the third camera is an 8-megapixel of 120-degree wide angle lens, which has an aperture of f/2.4. The fourth camera is 5 megapixels of a shooter, which is a depth camera, which has an aperture of f/2.2.
According to the company, the primary camera uses pixel binding in low light and adds 4 pixels in one. For the selfie, this smartphone has a 24-megapixels of front camera. Face Unlock Technology is also included in this one. And The fingerprint scanner is placed at the rear of this smartphone.
Galaxy A9 (2018) has 3,800mAh of battery capacity and according to the company, it has been featured with Fast Charging technology. Standard connectivity has been provided for connectivity. There is 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type C. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
