MWC 2018: Alcatel introduced the world’s first Android Oreo (Go Edition) smartphone

Some time ago Google had said that the MWC will offer the first Android Oreo (Go Edition) phone in 2018 and now Alcatel 1X has become the world’s first Android Oreo (Go Edition). GoAdition is specially designed for less powerful phones with 1GB RAM. Along with this, it is reported that HMD Global can also offer Nokia 7 Plus on this platform.

This phone will be offered in a separate market with a 13MP or 8MP rear camera. The phone has a 5MP camera facing the front. The company will also offer a 2GB RAM variant, but only 16GB of storage will be available in it. There is a 2460mAh battery in it. This phone will be launched in single SIM and dual sim variants in April, which can cost 100 Euros and 110 Euros.

Alcatel has also introduced 4 other fonts. Alcatel 5 is the most expensive phone in it. There is a 5.7-inch 18: 9 aspect ratio display, whose resolution is 440 x 720p (HD +). It is equipped with MediaTech 6750 processor. It is available in 2GB and 3GB RAM options, which is offered with 16GB and 32GB storage option. It also has a 12MP rear camera, in front of the phone there is a 13MP + 5MP dual-front camera setup.

Apart from this, Alcatel 3V has been introduced with the MediaTek MT8735A chipset, however, MT6739 chipset is given in Alcatel 3 and 3X. Alcatel 3 and 3X have a 5.7-inch FHD + display, both of which work on Android nougat operating system. Alcatel 3V has an Android Oreo operating system with 6-inch display.
